Kazuko Shirono

Kazuko Shirono is Deputy Division Chief at the Financial Institutions Division of the Statistics Department of the IMF, where she leads a number of projects, including the work program for the Financial Access Survey (FAS), a unique database on financial access and use. Before joining the Statistics Department, she held various other positions at the IMF, including in the European and the Strategy, Policy and Review Departments.
