Luca Ricci

Luca Antonio Ricci is a Division Chief in the Western Hemisphere Department of the International Monetary Fund. He has been mission chief for Chile, Ecuador, Panama, and Oman. He has published widely in international finance, monetary and fiscal policy, trade, growth, and development issues. In 2010 he spent one year at Barclays, as Head of International Economic Research.
