Manal Fouad

Manal Fouad is Chief of FAD’s Public Financial Management (PFM) II Division. She is a public finance specialist and has provided advice on fiscal policy and capacity building to governments on macro-fiscal frameworks, fiscal transparency, and infrastructure governance. She oversees PFM capacity-development programs for the Francophone and Lusophone Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and the Western Hemisphere regions. She has held various positions in FAD and the IMF Institute for Capacity Development. She earned a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies and Development in Geneva.
