Mark Flanagan

Mark Flanagan is Assistant Director of the IMF’s European Department and mission chief for the United Kingdom. He has previously led country work on Iceland and Greece. He has also worked in the IMF’s Strategy, Policy and Review Department, as Division Chief for the Debt Policy Division, leading work on debt analysis and debt transparency issues, and overseeing the reform of the IMF’s debt sustainability frameworks.
