Patricia Gomez-Gonzalez

Patricia Gomez-Gonzalez is an economist in the Commodities Unit of the IMF’s Research Department. Before joining the Fund in 2024, she was an Associate Professor of Economics at Fordham University in New York. She obtained her PhD from MIT in 2014. She has worked on public debt structure and firm financing, and their macroeconomic implications.
