Richard Varghese

Richard Varghese is an economist in the IMF’s European Department. He co-authors the Regional Economic Outlook for Europe, contributes to analytical projects, and was part of the Article IV consultation with Luxembourg. His research interests include transmission of macroeconomic policies and macro-financial linkages. He holds a PhD in economics from the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
