Topias Leino

Topias Leino is a Senior Economist in the Balance of Payments Division of the IMF’s Statistics Department. Prior to joining the IMF, he has served in various roles at the Bank of Finland, the European Central Bank and Statistics Finland. His work has mainly focused on external sector and financial stability statistics, their development, and analysis.
