Course Description
This Monetary Policy Implementation Course designed for the CBSL, seeks to provide a thorough theoretical and practical background for implementing an interest-rate focused monetary policy framework. The program includes lectures on monetary policy implementation, including money market operations, liquidity analysis, and liquidity management frameworks. The lectures will be complemented with hands-on exercises simulating the liquidity committee decision-making process. There will be ample room for in-depth discussions and Q&A.
