Andreas Tudyka, Resident Representative: Andreas Tudyka, a German national, is currently the senior economist for the Czech Republic at the IMF. Since joining the Fund in 2013, he has worked in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs, European and Middle East and Central Asia Departments covering several other European as well as Central and South Asian countries in the context of IMF programs and surveillance. He has also contributed to the IMF’s multilateral surveillance through several policy papers. Andreas holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a doctorate degree in Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He will take up the position of resident representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina in August 2022.
