Mission scope and objectives
- Assist Rwandan authorities in compiling annual government finance statistics (GFS) for the general government for FY2015/16.

Recommendations and priorities
- Prioritize consolidation and regular production of high-frequency GFS (quarterly central government and monthly BCG).
- Ensure processes and resources support meeting timeliness targets: quarterly within 60 days and monthly within 30 days from end of the period.
- Build on the progress achieved in annual GFS compilation to strengthen high-frequency dissemination.
