Emmanouil (Manos) Kitsios is an Economist in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Previously, he worked in the IMF’s Research and African Departments. His research interests include ​​fiscal, financial, and external sector issues. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
