Emmanouil (Manos) Kitsios is an Economist in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Previously, he worked in the IMF’s Research and African Departments. His research interests include fiscal, financial, and external sector issues. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
