Dear Prospective Bidders,

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking a licensed attorney in the Washington D.C. area to provide high-level, general legal advice and support on a range of personal legal matters and invites you to submit an expression of interest to participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 480 – Staff Legal Consultant.

The RFP No. 480 package will include the following documents:

  • RFP Document & Instructions to Bidders – Cover Letter
  • Attachment A– Statement of Work/ TOR (Terms of Reference)
  • Attachment B – Pricing Schedule
  • Attachment C – IMF Draft Agreement Terms and Conditions

The RFP is tentatively scheduled to be issued in August or September 2026 and will go out in Coupa. All proposals must be submitted via the IMF Coupa portal.

Interested bidders should send their expressions of interest to IMF Procurement (procurement@imf.org) no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EDT, including a copy of their CV and LinkedIn profile to be considered to participate in the RFP.
