Karmen Naidoo

Karmen Naidoo is an economist in the Middle East and Central Asia Department (MCD) at the IMF. Her recent work focuses on the external sector, trade, and the impact of structural reforms on economic performance. Before joining the department, she worked on concessional financing issues in the Finance Department. Ms. Naidoo holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2021).
