Richard Hughes

Richard Hughes is a Division Chief in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund, heading the Public Financial Management Division. Since joining the Fund in 2008, his work has focused on strengthening fiscal institutions and management in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
