Shoko Ikarashi

Shoko Ikarashi is an Externally Financed Appointee in the Global Markets Analysis Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department. She contributes to the Global Financial Stability Report on issues related to the global fixed income market and financial stability. Prior to joining the IMF, she worked at the Japanese Ministry of Finance.
