Target Audience

Minimum of 10 years in customs administration,
Experience in managing or overseeing customs processes
Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the trade ecosystem.
Willingness to share insights and best practices from their respective countries.
Course Description
The Navigating eCommerce and Customs Workshop aims to enhance participants' understanding of the intersection between eCommerce and customs procedures. This workshop focuses on various eCommerce models, the implications of customs regulations, and the importance of collaboration among stakeholders. Key sessions will cover trends in eCommerce, risk management, and technological advancements in customs clearance. Participants will engage in discussions, country presentations, and develop actionable plans to address challenges in their respective customs environments.
