COPYRIGHT PERMISSION REQUEST

Please use this form to request permission from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the non-exclusive right to include the following material in the first edition of the work referenced below, in all media of expression now known for distribution throughout the world, in the English language only, and also in versions made by nonprofit organizations for use by blind or physically handicapped persons. Appropriate credit should be printed in the publication as directed by the IMF.

If approved, the IMF will send a duly authorized permissions grant, an invoice for the reproduction fees (if any), and instructions for any credit or source information that must be provided in the proposed work. If the IMF does not control these rights, you will be informed.
