Alexei Miksjuk is an economist in the Strategy, Policy, and Review Department. His current analytical work focuses on the international monetary system and the global financial safety net. Before joining the Fund, Mr. Miksjuk was teaching and providing technical assistance at the Joint Vienna Institute, an IMF regional training center, and worked on various positions at the National Bank of Belarus and Ministry of Economy of Belarus.
