IMF Administrative Tribunal: News Alerts

On December 19, 2025, Judge Nassib G. Ziadé, President of the Tribunal, Judge Deborah Thomas-Felix, Judge Andrew K.C. Nyirenda, and Judge Maria Vicien Milburn, were each reappointed, effective January 1, 2026, as a member of the IMF Administrative Tribunal. In accordance with Article VII of the Tribunal's Statute, this reappointment is for a period of four years.

Article VII, Section 1, of the Tribunal's Statute provides that:

a. The President shall be appointed for four years by the Managing Director after consultation with the Staff Association and with the approval of the Executive Board.
b. Other members shall be appointed for four years by the Managing Director after appropriate consultation.

The Tribunal is currently comprised of Judge Nassib G. Ziadé, President of the Tribunal, Judge Deborah Thomas-Felix, Judge Andrew K.C. Nyirenda, Judge Maria Vicien Milburn, and Judge Kieran Bradley.
