IMF Administrative Tribunal: Pending Cases

In order to promote transparency and raise awareness about the activities of the IMF Administrative Tribunal, the Tribunal is publishing on its website procedural updates on cases currently pending before the Tribunal. Pending cases are identified in two ways:
- using the number of the Notice sent to staff following the filing of a new Application before the Tribunal and its transmittal to the Fund; or
- using the case name ([Name/Anonymized Initials], Applicant v. International Monetary Fund, Respondent) when a Judgment or Order has already been rendered and the case is still pending.
