Mohamed Jaber, Resident Representative
- Joined the IMF in 2006 as an economist in the GCC division, where he served for two years.
- Spent ten years in the financial sector: head of MENA economics at Morgan Stanley and head of research at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council.
- Returned to the Fund in 2018 as a senior financial sector expert in the Global Markets Analysis division.
- Subsequently joined the Iran desk as a senior economist.
- In 2024, assumed the role of Resident Representative for Iraq and Yemen.
- Holds a Ph.D. from the George Washington University.

Bisan Saadeh, Administrative Assistant
- Administrative Assistant at the IMF’s Resident Representative Office for Iraq and Yemen in Jordan since Nov 2012.
- Winner of “Divisional Spot Award 2018” from Chris Jarvis, the Division Chief of Bisan Saadeh Division B, for providing top notch assistance to the Iraq team in their meetings with the Iraq authorities in Amman.
- Previously worked as Business Development Coordinator in TECHNO Industrial Group, and Administrative Assistant in Saddle Engineering Technology.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Applied Environmental Geology from University of Jordan and a diploma in Information Technology.
