Withdrawal Symptoms: Banking on New Credit in Eastern Europe

As the crisis in Europe continues, its eastern neighbors and their banks are feeling the heat. As funds are tight parent banks in the west, their subsidiaries in the east are coming up with new credit to keep their economies lending and growing.
