Summary: This video tells the story of the silent revolution taking place in three countries of West Africa following devaluation of their currency in the last decade. Acting with the advice and financial assistance from the IMF, Cote d'Ivoire, Mali, and Cameroon have seen the short-term pain of devaluation yield to growth and the discovery of new products and markets. "Fabric of Reform" is the story of real people and was shot on location, including in the storied city of Timbuktu.
