On July 10, 2025, the D4D (Data for Decisions) Fund Steering Committee, chaired by China, convened in Luxembourg and officially endorsed the closure of Phase I of the program, along with the initial 18-month work plan for Phase II (May 2025–October 2026). This marks a major milestone in the Fund’s mission to empower policymaking with quality economic statistics.
