Priscilla Toffano (Прішила Тофано), an Italian national, is the IMF Resident Representative for Ukraine. With a career at the IMF spanning over a decade, she has worked on fiscal, monetary, financial, and structural reforms across various countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Her previous roles at the Fund include providing technical assistance on fiscal policy (Cambodia), participating in financial sector assessment programs (United Kingdom, Mexico, Kazakhstan), and serving as the country desk for the IMF programs in Burundi, Serbia, and Bangladesh.
