IMF Conference

The high-level conference on “Making Reforms Happen in Latin America” has concluded, but its insights remain available.

Hosted by the IMF and the OECD, in collaboration with Uruguay’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, the event convened senior policymakers from Latin America and Europe, leading academics and practitioners, and representatives from the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Together they explored how to advance structural reforms to boost growth across the region.
