Jan Strasky is Senior Economist in the Macro-Financial Research Division of the IMF’s Research Department. Previously, he has worked at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (2012-2020), Deutsche Bank (2011-2012), the European Central Bank (2007-2011), and the Czech National Bank (1999-2003). He holds a D.Phil. in Economics from the University of Oxford. His research interests include macroeconomic stabilization policies, banking and macro-financial linkages.
