Sessions combine lectures on key features with demonstrations of the modules of the excel-based DS-LIC framework covering linkages between the macroeconomic framework and debt dynamics, realism tools, stress tests, debt carrying capacity thresholds, the role of judgment, and the determination of final ratings. The workshop is supported by the IMF - World Bank Debt Management Facility III.
