Course Description

The course Supervision of Market Risks and Operational Risk was carefully designed by SARTTAC to address the specific needs of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Considering that at the global standards level, both the market and operational risk frameworks are undergoing a paradigm shift, the course addresses the new approaches taken by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). It will cover the new approaches and explain the rationale for change with case studies.
