The course explains how GFN can be projected with the easy-to-use Excel-based Public Debt Dynamics Tool with GFN (DDT_GFN). The DDT_GFN provides public debt and gross financing needs projections under a baseline and alternative scenarios, including through fan charts that represent the uncertainty about the evolution of these variables.
