IMF Says Reforms Needed in Latin America as Growth Dips below 1%

In its latest Regional Economic Outlook, the IMF says that with growth in Latin America and the Caribbean weakening for the fifth consecutive year, structural reforms are urgently needed to raise investment, productivity and potential growth.
