Diversification and Structural Transformation
for Growth and Stability in Low-Income
Countries
The conference will provide a forum for discussing the latest research on the structural
transformation process in low-income countries, and will facilitate the exchange
of views among researchers and policymakers. Among the participants are Ricardo
Hausmann (Harvard University), Dani Rodrik (Harvard University), Richard Rogerson
(Princeton University), and Arvind Subramanian (Peterson Institute), and Kaushik
Basu (Chief Economist, World Bank).
