Improved Treasury and Debt Management (TDM)

This one week course presented by the IMF Fiscal Affairs Department, is designed to learn and discuss good practices and their application in treasury, cash and debt management in SARTTAC countries.
Target Audience
Mid to senior level officials from Finance Departments and Central Banks with at least three years' experience budgeting, treasury, cash and debt management.
Qualifications
Priority will be given to those dealing with functions budgeting, treasury, cash and debt management in their organization
Course Objectives
Issues in country and states system related to banking arrangements, coordination of cash and debt management and managing risks related to debt portfolio. Case studies and country presentations to be used as work group exercises for practical application of concepts and learning
