Ranjit Teja is Deputy Director in the European department, where he oversees work on a number of Euro Area countries and the integration of cross-country analysis in the department’s work. In recent years he has headed similar Fund-wide initiatives, including the IMF’s Spillover Report, Early Warning Exercise, and efforts to strengthen the Fund surveillance, lending facilities, and governance.
