Brian McNeill is Section Chief for Big Data and Data Analytics in the IMF’s Information Technology Department. Mr. McNeill previously led the Section responsible for disseminating the Fund’s economic data (data.imf.org). Prior to that, he served as the IMF’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager, leading the IT Section supporting back-office operations for the human resources, payroll, tax, and pension administration functions. Prior to joining the IMF, Mr. McNeill was employed by the U.S. Federal Courts and as a law firm industry consultant. Mr. McNeill holds a Doctor of Management degree from The University of Maryland University College.
