Myrto Oikonomou is an Economist in the Structural Reforms Unit of the Research Department of the IMF. Before joining the Fund, Myrto worked as an Economist at the Structural Economics Division of the Bank of England. Her main research interests are in macroeconomics, with emphasis on macro-labor, international macroeconomics, migration and uncertainty. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oxford.
