Arindam Roy is a Senior Financial Sector Expert in the Debt Capital Markets Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department, working on sovereign debt management and debt market issues. Previously, he headed the debt management program of the Commonwealth Secretariat, UK. At the national level, he worked at the Reserve Bank of India on central banking issues and at the Ministry of Finance, India on the policy framework for external debt management of the country. Arindam holds a MPhil in Economics awarded by the Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.
