Will Kerry

Will Kerry is a deputy division chief in the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He writes sections of the Global Financial Stability Report, and is a member of the IMF’s market surveillance team. His work has focused on bank capitalization, sovereign-bank linkages, bank deleveraging, the supply of credit to the real economy and leverage. Before joining the IMF, he was an economist at the Bank of England, working on financial stability issues and was an author of their Financial Stability Report. He holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MA in History from Manchester University.
